Hanging out with Blake Lively and playing games with Zendaya. Collab-ing with brands like Coach and Marc Jacobs. Writing a whole-ass book in just six weeks. Publishing crossword puzzles in the New York freakin’ Times. Accidentally cancelling Tim Burton and purposely pissing off Scarlett Johansson. You name it, Rachel Simon (that would be me!) has done it.
In my 14+ years working in media, I’ve gotten to have the kind of wild, surreal experiences that would’ve sent my Perez Hilton-obsessed younger self into a coma. But other than the occasional TikTok vid or espresso-martini-fueled gossip sesh, I’ve never actually shared the BTS details of these adventures.
Until now.
Introducing Scooped, a new weekly newsletter featuring all the insider tea a pop culture fan could want.
We’re talking intimate stories about working with A-listers, hand-picked recs of the best pop culture picks, and unfiltered answers to your most-pressing questions on Hollywood, media, and whether Chris Hemsworth is really that hot in person (spoiler: yes x1000).
While I may be an ~ entertainment guru ~, I’m also deep in the worlds of lifestyle, travel, fashion, and beauty - which is why I’ll also be sharing early heads’ up on must-buy products and exclusive sale codes just for Scooped members.
And did I mention I’m a published author here to answer all your book publishing Qs, as well a crossword constructor with expert tips on how to solve those tricky Thursday puzzles? (Or Monday minis, if that’s more your jam. We don’t judge here).
Like I said: I’ve pretty much done it all, and I’m ready to fill you in on the juiciest parts - or, as my ice cream-loving self likes to call it, the scoop.
So get your sweet tooth ready, because (drumroll, please…) the very first issue of Scooped is coming to your inbox this Friday AM.!
In the meantime, do me a solid and pass the word about the Scoop onto your friends, partners, parents, Reddit trolls, etc, will ya? Subscribing is free, and there’s room in this metaphorical ice cream cone for everyone :)
